Account details you give us (name, email, password hash), the reviews, photos and receipts you post, business information you submit, and technical records such as your session token. We do not sell your personal data.
Receipts and verification documents you upload are stored privately. They are visible only to our moderation staff and are never shown publicly or shared with businesses.
To run your account, show your reviews, verify businesses, fight spam and fraud, and improve the platform. We use aggregate, non-identifying statistics to understand how the site is used.

We only disclose personal data when legally required, or to protect the rights and safety of our users. Business contact details you choose to publish on a listing are public.
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account by contacting us. Some records may be retained where the law requires.
Passwords are stored as salted hashes, sessions are signed, and access to private evidence is restricted to authorised staff and recorded in an audit log.
